MGNREGA Schedule II, Para 32 enforces that there shall be no discrimination solely on the ground of gender and the provisions of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 shall be complied with.

MGNREGA Schedule II Para 2 Section 3 says every person who has done the work given to him under the scheme shall be entitled to receive wages at the wage rate for each day of work.
